The Antique Jewelry & Art Conference

Once again, hosted at Hofstra University in Long Island New York. Formally and affectionately named Jewelry Camp, the conference has been renamed “The Antique Jewelry and Art Learning Conference”. The conference curriculum is packed with jewelry classes and seminars for everyone from the beginner to the connoisseur and with classes on Art pertaining to jewelry as well. And the ASA Gem & Jewelry will be holding Mini Conference with classes on Appraising and valuing. (the ASA will be offering a class (205) just prior to the start of the conference) please contact Edward Lewand for information. It will be directed by Edward Lewand, GG, ASA, AAA (The Ed) The dates are: July 11th -13th Classes begin Friday, July 11th at 10:30 and end Sunday, July 13th at 4:30, with a Dinner on Friday and a Wine and Dessert party on Saturday with dorms rooms available Speakers will include William Drucker, Diana Singer, Christie Romero, Michael Goldstein, Gus Davis, Ben Macklowe and David Burnstein of Harry Winston to name a few.
